We are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering a diverse portfolio of commercial landscaping projects valued up to $4M.
About the role:
Working closely with our site supervisors, clients and subcontractors, you’ll help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on budget and to the highest standard. You’ll be involved across the full contract lifecycle, including:
- Manage contracts, budgets and commercial requirements from project commencement to completion
- Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
- Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiations and commercial agreements
- Prepare and manage RFIs, EOTs, variations and other contractual documentation
- Work closely with Senior Contract Administrators and site teams to deliver projects on time, on budget and to a high standard
What you’ll bring:
- Experience in Contracts Administration, Project Management or a similar construction role
- Experience in landscape construction or a related construction environment
- Strong client, stakeholder and subcontractor management skills
- Sound understanding of contracts, budgets, procurement and project administration
- High-level computer literacy, NetSuite and Microsoft Project experience is highly regarded
