We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our Construction team based at our Burswood office. We welcome applications from junior candidates with relevant industry experience who are eager to develop their skills.
About the role:
Working closely with our construction team, you will support procurement, budgeting, contract administration and project documentation across a range of projects.

Coordinate procurement activities, supplier negotiations and purchasing requirements across construction projects
- Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
- Assist with project budgeting, cost tracking and management of contract variations
- Maintain and manage online site safety documentation, ensuring records are accurate and up to date
- Support the construction team in maintaining efficient project delivery and commercial processes
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in Contracts Administration or a similar construction role
- Experience in landscape construction or a related industry
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Solid understanding of construction processes and willingness to learn
- High-level computer literacy, NetSuite and Microsoft Project experience is highly regarded
