We are seeking motivated and reliable Team Members to join our Lot Packages teams, based in either of our Carabooda or Baldivis locations.
About the role:
Working alongside an experienced team, you'll assist with general landscaping and irrigation duties across residential projects. With training provided, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and build a career in the landscaping and construction industry. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with general landscaping and irrigation duties.
- Supporting the team with day-to-day project activities.
- Working collaboratively to help deliver quality landscaping outcomes.
- Following site safety requirements and contributing to a safe working environment.
- Bringing a positive, hands-on approach to every task.
What you'll bring:
You don't need previous landscaping experience to apply! We're looking for someone who is keen to learn, enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in being part of a team. To be successful, you'll have:
- A current manual driver's licence.
- A valid White Card.
- Ability to undertake hands-on outdoor work.
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Reliability, a strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team.
- A horticulture or landscaping qualification would be an advantage, but not essential.
