We are seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Area Manager to lead our maintenance operations out of our Wangara depot.
About the role:
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee multiple commercial landscape maintenance projects, support and develop your teams, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
You'll have the autonomy to plan and manage resources, solve operational challenges and drive high standards across your portfolio, while being supported by an experienced and growing team.
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years' experience in commercial landscape maintenance
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, teams and resources
- Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisation, time management and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer focus and attention to detail
- Current Driver's Licence and White Card (MR/HR highly regarded)
- Landscape/horticulture qualification highly regarded
