About the Role:
Working closely with our Landscape Maintenance Supervisor, you will help coordinate day-to-day maintenance operations while supporting and developing the team on the ground. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Supervisor with the coordination of commercial landscape maintenance projects
- Providing day-to-day guidance, support and training to team members
- Assisting with site inspections and ensuring work is completed to a high standard
- Coordinating materials, equipment and resources required for projects
- Maintaining accurate site documentation and reporting
- Building strong relationships with clients, team members and other stakeholders
- Identifying issues on-site and using practical problem-solving skills to find solutions
What you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in commercial landscape maintenance
- Certificate II or III in Landscaping or Horticulture (advantageous but not essential)
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer and literacy skills
- An eye for detail and strong customer focus
- Practical decision making and problem-solving skills
- Must have a current Manual Driver’s Licence and White Card
