We're looking for an experienced Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to lead commercial maintenance crews across a diverse portfolio of parks, streetscapes, commercial properties and public open spaces.

About the Role:
As a Landscape Maintenance Supervisor, you'll play a key role in leading our maintenance teams and delivering exceptional outdoor spaces for our clients. You'll oversee daily operations, mentor your crew and ensure projects are completed safely, on time and to the high standards LD Total is known for.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead and motivate landscape maintenance crews
- Coordinate daily schedules, labour, plant and equipment
- Oversee mowing, horticultural, irrigation and weed management programs
- Ensure projects are delivered safely on time and to a high standard
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards
- Mentor and develop team members
- Build strong relationships with clients and subcontractors
What You'll Bring:
- 3+ years' experience in landscape maintenance or horticulture
- Previous experience leading or supervising teams
- Strong knowledge of commercial landscape maintenance
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- White Card and Current Driver's Licence
- Full working rights in Australia
Highly Regarded (but not essential):
- Certificate III or IV in Horticulture
- ChemCert Accreditation
- MR Truck Licence
- Irrigation maintenance experience
