About the role:
We are currently seeking a Landscape Team Leader to join our growing team in Bunbury and Australind region. You'll play an important role in delivering high-quality landscape maintenance across a variety of commercial sites.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Maintaining turf, gardens and irrigation systems
- Operating ride-on and push mowers, brush cutters, blowers and other powered equipment
- Assisting with basic traffic management requirements
- Identifying and managing pests and plant diseases
- Delivering exceptional workmanship while meeting project timeframes
- Working safely and collaboratively as part of a supportive team
What You'll Bring:
- Experience in landscape maintenance, parks & gardens or horticulture (preferred)
- Experience operating landscape maintenance equipment
- Full Australian Drivers Licence and White Card
- Full working rights in Australia
- Reliable, motivated and committed to producing quality work
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Highly Regarded (but not essential):
- A trade qualification in Parks & Gardens or Horticulture
- Current Manual Driver's Licence
- First Aid Certificate
