An exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced fencing installers to join our growing Estate Fencing division, working across both the northern and southern suburbs.
About the job:
In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for the installation of estate boundary fencing within residential land developments. You will play a key part in delivering high-quality outcomes across active subdivision sites.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Installation of estate boundary fencing across Perth metro residential subdivisions
- Reading and interpreting construction drawings and site plans accurately
- Communicating professionally with lot owners, clients, and site supervisors
- Working collaboratively with internal teams, including supervisors, administration, and management
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
What we're looking for:
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Proven experience in domestic Colorbond® fencing installation in line with industry standards
- Ability to operate as an ABN / PTY LTD contractor with appropriate insurances (public liability and workers compensation)
- Suitable transport, tools, and equipment to complete fencing installations across various ground conditions (sand, limestone, laterite walls)
- Strong time management and ability to meet project deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with clients, homeowners, and site teams
- High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workmanship
- Full working rights in Australia
- Current Construction White Card
- Valid Western Australian Driver’s Licence
