About the Role 

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator with an enthusiastic and positive work ethic to support our landscape maintenance division. This role requires full accountability for contract documentation, administration processes, and supporting operational teams to ensure commercial and contractual compliance across ongoing maintenance services.

You will play a key role in ensuring service agreements are effectively managed, performance standards are met, and client expectations are consistently achieved. You will have a can-do attitude and a strong commitment to contribute as part of a team, while aligning with the LD TOTAL core values LEAF: Leadership, Ethical, Adaptable, Family.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer landscape maintenance contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed scopes, service levels, and KPIs
  • Prepare, review, and manage subcontractor and supplier agreements for maintenance services
  • Process contract variations, extensions, and renewals
  • Support operational teams with contract interpretation and commercial guidance
  • Monitor budgets, cost control, and invoicing in line with service agreements
  • Maintain accurate contract records, reporting, and documentation
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Assist with tender submissions and pricing for maintenance contracts

Experience and Skills

  • Industry experience in commercial landscaping, maintenance services, facilities management, or related fields
  • Strong understanding of contract law, service agreements, and documentation processes (maintenance-focused preferred)
  • Experience preparing, reviewing, and managing subcontractor and supplier contracts
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills, including negotiation and stakeholder management
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a demanding environment
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • High level of computer literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and Outlook
  • Qualifications in Contract Administration, Construction Management, Project
  • Management or a related field will be highly regarded
