About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastict Construction Administrator to join our Construction team. In this role, you’ll be assisting with project coordination, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Partnering with internal teams, you’ll take ownership of key administrative processes that keep projects on track. Tasks will vary from organising documentation and coordinating site assessments to managing permits and project insurances.

You’ll play an important role in maintaining accurate project data, preparing information packs for Construction Supervisors, and assisting with variation orders. No two days will be the same, and your ability to stay across multiple tasks while supporting the wider team will be highly valued.

The role is based in our Burswood Head Office and offered on a part-time basis, and we are open to considering flexible working hours for the right candidate, minimum 3 days per week in the office. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Document control and management of project records
  • Scheduling, booking, and tracking departmental training requirements
  • Preparation and processing of monthly invoicing
  • Archiving and maintaining company documentation systems
  • General administrative support to the contracts and construction team

Experience and Skills

  • Previous experience in an administrative role (construction industry experience highly regarded)
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
