We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic HR Administrator to join our HR team. This role is perfect for someone starting their HR career or looking to grow in a supportive environment. This role is based in our Burswood Head Office and offered on a full-time basis, however we are open to considering part-time arrangements or flexible working hours for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting jobs and screening resumes
- Coordinate onboarding and induction processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Support overseas employee recruitment processes
- Prepare basic HR reports and assist with data entry
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
About You
- Certificate IV or Diploma in HR or Business Administration (or working towards)
- 1+ year of experience in an administrative or HR support role (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Good communication and ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Discreet and professional with confidential information
